§ 37. Computation of age.

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, an individual attains a specified age on the day of the anniversary of the individual's birth.

(b) Leap year birthdays. -- An individual born on February 29 attains a specified age on March 1 of any year that is not a leap year.
