§ 14. County to include City of Baltimore; Circuit Court thereof

Latest version.

(a) County. -- The word county shall be construed to include the City of Baltimore, unless such construction would be unreasonable.

(b) Circuit courts. -- Circuit court for the county includes the Circuit Court for Baltimore City unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
