§ 2-803. Obtaining dairy industry information[Subtitle subject to contingency and abrogation]

The Secretary may obtain information by lawful means pertaining to the dairy industry as necessary to carry out the purposes of this subtitle and the Northeast Interstate Dairy Compact. The information may be used by the Secretary, the Maryland delegation to the Commission, and the Commission.
