§ 2-1101. Definitions.

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Council. -- "Council" means the Maryland Wine and Grape Promotion Council.

(c) Fund. -- "Fund" means the Maryland Wine and Grape Promotion Fund.
