§ 10-1205. Meetings; reimbursement of expenses; support staff

(a) Quorum. -- A majority of the members then serving on the Commission is a quorum.
(b) Time and place. -- The Commission shall determine the times and places of its regular and special meetings.
(c) Special meetings. -- The chairman of the Commission:
(1) May call a special meeting at any time; and
(2) Shall call a special meeting when requested by 2 or more members of the Commission.
(d) Compensation; reimbursement of expenses. -- A member of the Commission:
(1) May not receive compensation; but
(2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
(e) Staff. -- The Department shall provide staff services and support for the Commission.
