§ 1-301. Definitions

   (a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Carrier. -- "Carrier" includes a transportation agent.

(c) Consignee. --

   (1) "Consignee" means a person selling farm products on commission.

   (2) "Consignee" includes an agent, factor, and commission merchant.
